Help on remote assistance
Click on the download section and scroll down and click on the remote assistance
Select remote Assistance and run or open from here and then run again
Following the installation wizard next followed by I accept next , next untick viewer so that only server is selected. see illustration.
followed by next and next select register and configure and untick start vnc in service mode.

Configure - new password use chris
confirm password is chris and finish
VNC Is now installed
Go to start /all programs/ realvnc/ realvnc user mode/run vnc server
Windows Security alert select unblock
A V2 icon should appear next to the clock/time in the bottom right of your screen
Hover the mouse over the V2 an icon and you will see a set of numbers as in the screenshot
Write down all these numbers including the dots and call me with this information on 01637 - 879855
